LCBO is a small place with the essentials, located in a very pleasant area of Bloor At, convenient for a nice sunny stroll. It is described as one of the better locations in the GTA for stock, with a very large variety of tasty cold drinks and a knowledgeable staff. However, it does not have a wide range of products and is limited in some senses, missing some specific drink requests. The store has experienced operational issues, such as not opening on time following a break-in, which some customers found unprofessional. While generally reliable, there are occasional comments about staff attitude. Its location is near a library and a Tim Hortons, which can be useful amenities.
I had a bad experience at this store because a staff member named Harshad was very rude. We understand that employees may be under stress, but respectful communication is important. He needs to learn how to speak to customers properly and handle situations professionally.
