The LCBO store is amazing customer service. The staff very helpful and courteous, went above and beyond to help a customer reach whatever they looking for. They did find a certain bottle of Mortlach scotch from another outlet and brought it to this store. However staff did not know how to scan gift card properly and did mistake that a gift card doesn't work.
Amazing customer service at the store by Miguel. The guy working there, He went above and beyond to help me to reach out whatever I was looking for. I was amazed by his assistance. Really appreciate. I could never think showing at lcbo could be that easy.
