I genuinely love the products but wanted to share an experience I had with Azadeh who helped me with an exchange. I didn't have everything I needed and that is my fault but she was so helpful and really made my day. Thanks for the great customer service and continued enthusiasm we always receive here :)

Had an amazing experience at L’Occitane! My wife and I were helped by Queenie, who was incredibly informative, kind, and never pushy.
