However, on at least one occasion, a service interaction was less positive, where an employee seemed annoyed when asked to provide the complimentary gift wrapping, despite it being offered by the brand. Such a beautiful and clean store. I really enjoyed being able to try out some of the products—the scents are soft and long-lasting. Zara was lovely and provided great service.

I genuinely love the products but wanted to share an experience I had with Azadeh who helped me with an exchange. I didn't have everything I needed and that is my fault but she was so helpful and really made my day. Thanks for the great customer service and continued enthusiasm we always receive here :)
