Akshata was amiable and supportive. She was really accommodating and wrapped my clothing wonderfully inside the store bag. I was able to locate better discounts at Marshalls than I could have anywhere else.

Limited merchandise and very much tired looking displayed products just walk a block to Winners at College Park which will be a better shopping experience. Only good thing was the weights that I love is here. The staff are nice though. There’s elevators and good access to the IKEA on the other floor.

Despite the good variety of products, the store is unorganized and staff are not helpful. The management doesn’t care about customer experience and doesn’t provide good quality service. (They don’t even know how to package a rug!)

the cashier who cashed me out, a younger indian man, was super nice. i witnessed, however, another flamboyant cashier be really rude to a customer. he wears crazy cat ears and feminine clothes, and is overweight. he kept repeating “bags are behind you” literally like 20 times to a lady who obviously didn’t speak english and didn’t understand. she wanted a plastic bag but he didn’t explain it to her properly, just repeated “the bags are behind you”. so rude and it made me uncomfortable.

Terrible customer service. Multiple people in line , 1 cashier. I asked for another. There isn't another. Absolutely unreasonable to expect me to wait 15 minutes to give you my money. You're losing out on a lot of sales. Cashier had time to pause and text though.

I was informed that dogs are not permitted in the food section.
Alright, I understand. However, when approaching the cashier, there are numerous food items on the shelves.
Does this mean I cannot even proceed to the cashier and pay if I have a dog?
This store is not pet-friendly.

This is my favourite marshalls/homesense in the city. It's massive and they always have a good selection in store. It's also tucked away in the aura building which means it's never overcrowded when I go to visit.

There was a nice cream-coloured 4-seater couch. But an inconsiderate person decides to sit and place both their feet and dirty shoes on the couch while browsing their phone. Now, this once beautiful couch has shoe prints and stains on it. Why do people do this?

So uninterested stuff I've never seen before. Two guys on till were just talking to each other, barely paying any attention to customers. I asked for help with packing, because the shoe box had no lid. He just said "that's how it is" - but it was definitely damaged (or missing) and I couldn't carry it normally without buying (not free!) bag. That's my second time visiting this store. I don't want to go back again...
