The store has a large selection and is not crowded, but merchandise can be limited and some products look tired. Staff are nice and accommodating, and the store bag is used to wrap clothing. However, the store is unorganized, and management does not provide good service. Cleanliness can be an issue, as a couch was left with shoe prints and stains. The location has elevators and good access to IKEA.
The marshalls portion is fine but the homesense section doesn't have much inventory.

I had a great fitting room experience thanks to an associate named Atena. Even though it was busy, she took the time to help me find the right outfit and gave me great styling advice. She was so kind and helpful.
