She was suggested the items for that really helped me. Overall, the staff was super prompt in addressing any issues, answering any questions etc. I’d highly recommend to visit this store if you have to deal with a surgery or post-recovery. Thank you.”

“I had my first appointment at MRC Sleep today and had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stephen. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.
As someone who is new to CPAP therapy, I had a lot of questions, and Stephen made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He walked me through the different machine options, showed me exactly how to use and clean the equipment, and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. He also explained the insurance process clearly and helped me understand what was covered and what paperwork was needed, which I really appreciated.
What stood out most was how kind and supportive he was throughout the appointment. He never rushed me and made sure I understood every step of the process. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to succeed with their treatment.

From the outset, Bill's warm and professional demeanor made me feel comfortable. He promptly provided me with a CPAP machine and took ample time to explain its features and maintenance. While I found the prices to be somewhat high, I appreciate that the devices are the latest models available. Understanding my concern, Bill informed me about a government grant program that could help with the costs. He kindly offered to assist me in filling out the forms and applying for rebates, which, though not covering everything, would certainly help reduce the expense. Bill's comprehensive support and the quality of care at Ontario Sleep Care have made a significant difference for me.”
