“I have been wearing thigh high sigvaris medical compression stockings for years and most of them I have purchased from Factory Direct Medical. Several weeks ago, my chiropractor suggested another brand that she said was just as good, and much cheaper. The adage, "Your get what you pay for," applies here. They were horrid. Even though they were the size that reflected my leg measurements, they were so tight that I could only wear them for a few minutes. “My experience at Ontario Sleep Care was exceptional, largely due to the assistance of Bill Bistak, the sleep clinician. From the outset, Bill's warm and professional demeanor made me feel comfortable. He promptly provided me with a CPAP machine and took ample time to explain its features and maintenance. The clinic's cleanliness and organization were also impressive.
While I found the prices to be somewhat high, I appreciate that the devices are the latest models available. Understanding my concern, Bill informed me about a government grant program that could help with the costs. He kindly offered to assist me in filling out the forms and applying for rebates, which, though not covering everything, would certainly help reduce the expense. Bill's comprehensive support and the quality of care at Ontario Sleep Care have made a significant difference for me.”

I was able to cancel the order no problem and will be getting a refund in 5 to 7 business days. I have ordered items from AC in the past and was happy with everything.”
