My technician took on the challenge and, despite the repair requiring sourcing multiple components( one of those was very hard to find), he remained patient and determined throughout the process.

Amanda was an absolute legend helping me set up my new phone with Bell - went above and beyond to call multiple customer service numbers to sort out a porting issue we ran into from my old phone, and even stayed back to help me on a different day and checked in multiple times with me to see how the phone provider issue was going. My spouse and I had a real adventure in store with an awesome team, they set me up with a new case and a screen protector too, didn’t have to worry about a thing. “Came here to pick up a new phone for my Fido plan, and Farzad offered up an alternative option with Rogers. I must say, I was wary at first, but — after talking it through thoroughly and with detailed explanations — I ended up with a great plan (5G vs 4G) and with a better internet plan as well.
FYI there might be a bit of a wait if they are already taking care of customers, but it's worth it.”

at Casefit they were honest and told me most likely the charging port is dirty. They offered to clean it for $20 and if it did not fix the problem, there was no payment required.
