He offered helpful tips and guidance on preparing my place to move, what items I should get for the move, what he could offer me and always answered all my questions/concerns promptly. He and Paul, who was also terrific, showed up to my apartment in advance and highly prepared. They were effective and treated all my things with the utmost respect. They made suggestions regarding caring for my items and the way in which I stored my belonging in storage and clearly leaned on their experience to ensure mine was 10 out of 10. He provided a quote and I received a follow up call the day before the move. Movers showed up a scheduled (called to let me know exactly when they would arrive) Movers were courteous, polite and efficient. Some items were difficult to move, but they did it all! When they arrived at the move location they were great even after having some challenges. I would never hesitate to recommend these movers and would absolutely use them again. “Grand Park Self Storage has been a pleasure to use. I've had my car stored here for the winter, and they've far surpassed my expectations. The staff here is excellent; they communicate in a friendly manner, they're really good about updating the customer when something needs to be done, payments need to be made, etc. The facility is also excellent; it's clean, rodent free, they're really attentive and quick to fixing anything that breaks, etc. They also have really customer friendly policies, such as a great cancellation policy. “Mike and another gent helped deliver items I had purchased online. He had two pickups and one drop off, and the operation was like clockwork. Mike stayed on the schedule proposed, and both pickups said he was very professional (they met him before I did). The drop off was smooth and both gents seemed like great guys. My only complaint was that his quote prior to the pickup was for three guys, and there were only two who did the move.”
