I took my beloved medium-hair cat in for her first groom ever and they were fantastic! She can be a bit spicy, but they did such an excellent job and she came back so fresh, clean, and shiny! She wasn't grumpy at all when she came home and was back to normal in no time!
I am so grateful for their excellent care and they really took their time to do everything I asked, including a bath, brushing, sanitary shave, and nail trim. You can definitely trust that they will treat your pet as their own, and they were so wonderful every step of the way, even reassuring me when I phoned to check in and see how she was doing.
All in all it was a fabulous experience and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended - definitely come here and support this local business :)

Our pup is a senior now so we have to get her special food and PawsNatural always makes it very easy for us to order and pickup. We call them in advance and if they don’t have her food in stock they’ll order it and can text us when it arrives. They also carry some fun novelty treats (like custard ice cream for dogs!) that is always fun to see and grab for our dog when we stop by

Favorite pet store in Toronto ever 😍 we live in dt but always willing to drive 30mins to the store for their reasonable price and high quality service ❤️ We tried their service from simply nail trimming to full grooming. All staff are pretty gentle and take care of my pup really well. I’m so glad that my little boy was so happy every time back from PawsNatural! This store also sell dog milk tea 🧋 Highly recommend to everyone 👍

Such a great local pet store. Pretty limited selection due to how small the store is, but they have high-quality treats and chews. The staff are always very attentive when you come in and very friendly!

I used to love coming to Paws Natural for a quick sanitary trim for my cat for $15.
I have not brought him here in a while, and the store has since been under new ownership.
I spoke to the manager on the phone and explained coming in for a sanitary trim for $15 and he said no problem.
I get to the store and the groomer wanted to charge me $45. They called the manager and he approved what we spoke of. I was told it would take around 30 mins, but it actually took 5 mins, and they gave my cat back, I paid, tipped and left. I was happy and went about my day.
I got home and a few hours later I started smelling something, and I looked at my cat’s bum and it was not trimmed at all. I inspected further it discovered only his belly was trimmed (not requested). His paw pads were also not cleaned up like requested.
I brought this issue back, and the groomer said ‘A sanitary trim and a bum trim are different. A sanitary trim is only here *points to belly*’. I googled it right there to show them that it’s the first thing about a sanitary trim, and that I’ve never had to specify for a sanitary trim to include his bottom (even though I did).
On the day of the trim, the groomer and receptionist were speaking in a different language, so I couldn’t tell what they were saying, but I could tell that when the receptionist went back and said the manager said it was $15, they weren’t happy.
They tried to get me to come back to fix it, but I said I wanted a refund; including my tip, back, due to the disappointing experience.
I won’t be bringing my cat here in the nearby future. I brought him here for the quick, quality service, and to support a small business. But with this quality of work, and the lack of knowledge of a standard sanitary trim, I’m disappointed to say that I won’t be back anytime soon.

I’ve been to this pet store many times and it’s always a great experience! They have a great selection of quality products, and the grooming services are excellent. The staff is friendly and really takes good care of the pets. My pet always comes back looking clean and happy. Highly recommend this place to any pet owner!

Under new ownership. Unfortunately, not only have prices increased across all products but the quality of their grooming services has noticeably declined. I understand that transitions of new ownership can be challenging but if you’re going to open your doors you should be prepared to meet the standards customers are used to. Please don’t bring your dog here for grooming. They do have good selection of dog food.

We used Paws for the first time today for our nervous 12 year old pup. We have had a trusted groomer who retired and felt a bit lost after all these years. After reading the reviews we thought we we would give them a try. We are so pleased. Gracie looks beautiful and we feel she was so well cared for. We found our new home for grooming. We love having our dog Eddie groomed at PawsNatural. It is a great pet store in our neighbourhood. The staff are super friendly and always give him treats and samples of dog foods. The groomers are excellent - they customize dog's styles to the needs of the owner. And Eddie always comes home smelling so nice!

I came across PawsNatural while walking down the street and noticed their poster showcasing the dogs they groom. Each dog looked so cute! I have a maltipoo and they have been doing such an amazing job with her grooming. We have had issues in the past with other groomers who just couldn't get it right. From the first time I brought my dog in they new exactly what I was looking for and she has never looked so good. The staff and everyone who works there are so nice! I'd highly recommend.
