“I shipped an international package, and in and out was quite efficient. Well, I came prepared, with all wrapped up and labelled, only requiring to present the custom form QR-code, and that was it, less than two minutes. The staff was helpful, blunt and I didn't experience any rudeness.”
“Not sure why all the negative reviews. I’ve mailed things from here on several occasions and have always had a pleasant experience. Everyone I have encountered has been kind, helpful, and polite. Conveniently located inside shoppers with free parking lot.”
“Both my husband and I own separate businesses and drop off several packages, lettermail, tracked and non tracked. Sometimes we do it in advance because there is so much. They are always accommodating - and lovely. They are also good people and this place is run by a family. If it's busy and you're doing a drop off (as you would any other post office) if you put it to the side in the corner they will scan when they are able to. Also - they have ZERO control over the costs to send items in Canada, so be kind. Thank you for helping us out over the last couple of years :)”
