Really helpful. Some components of my Thule box had seized. They helped me for free get it back to working. Thanks guys.

Very happy with Rack Attack's expertise and also their great customer service. Had them put on a hitch 1.5 years ago and all good. When I went in after the hitch got damaged, Dan went above and beyond to fix it. Will continue to go there for all my rack needs!

I lost my keys to my Thule racks and they were extremely helpful. They had a set that matched and provided them to me free of charge. Can’t thank them enough.
