    Constantly understaffed. People working here barely make an effort to move with any sense of urgency. Certain banking activities cannot be done online or through a call centre, and this branch just adds insult to injury.

    This branch has 6 counters available but they only seem to have 2 clerks occupying them at all times. I always have to wait at least 20min to be served. It does not make sense considering they have so many counters available but no staff to help customers.

    Long waiting time, unfriendly customer service, tellers are always on coffee break, zero appreciation.......
