About RBC Royal Bank

RBC Royal Bank receives positive reviews for its helpful and knowledgeable staff, with specific commendations for outstanding and patient service. Customers report satisfaction with the support and quality of care. However, some note it is a typical large bank and cite a serious inconvenience with ATM hours not being available 24/7, unlike competitors. While past experiences were sometimes slow, recent service has been commended as excellent.
