I had a series of three vaccines at this pharmacy over a 6 month period. My first two appointments were great—administered by a skilled pharmacist, and I experienced zero pain afterward. However, my final shot was a completely different experience. A different pharmacist (K.Ismail) gave the injection, and from the moment he started, I could tell something was off. The technique felt untrained and rushed, and I knew immediately that it wasn’t going to end well. It's been a week, and I'm still experiencing significant pain in the injection site. Very disappointing considering how smooth the first two experiences were. It seems not all the pharmacists here are properly trained to the same standard.

The staff was amazing. We were looking for specific items and were in a bit of a rush. Daniel went above and beyond and helped us find our items. The checkout process was easy and quick. I was very happy with the customer service :)

Small business that helps out well but still has a choice!
Too bad the lack of fresh produce to eat, it could have been practical.
The reception is OK but it could be improved!
Very good for opening hours though!

Excellent experience
We were lucky to have the pharmacist Ms. Abasili Ogochukwu to help on July 24.
My daughter had serious abdominal pain but we had not enough time to see doctor as we had to catch flight in a few hours. We seek help from Ms. Ogo, she patiently explained the validity of our health card which is from other province and most importantly she carefully tried to understand my daughter’s condition. She even respected my daughter’s privacy during the whole process. Finally she gave her a very effective medicine and detailed instructions and advice. We would like to thank Ms. Ogo for her professionalism and her kindness.

Amazing staff, I assume the place has been having a hard time. Theft prevention is a serious issue in our area so I understand why the security guard follows you around upon entry. Yikes!

The front end staff are rude and unprofessional. Will never make an effort to help you. The pharmacy staff will not take the time or effort to help you either. It’s like they are doing you a favour by filling a prescription although your insurance or not is paying for it. This location needs new management or a new owner.

I was shopping today (Feb 13,2024) around 5:30-6:30 PM. While checking out, I inquired about the ongoing sales on certain supplements (get 1 but 1 free) and on top of the box there was “save 10$” -ask cashier” and this female Filipino employee was sarcastic commenting “do you want it for free”? And then she scanned the code and it worked. And again she was like “ it’s expiring anyways” “its final sale” and then a male Filipino cashier came to the counter- she said something in their language and they both laughed. I was returning from my hospital work as a physician- and I am a person of colour- I looked tired and not posh., perhaps that’s why they wanted to be sarcastic and make fun of me?

This is my favorite Rexall. The pharmacists especially are so knowledgeable and helpful. There is usually not a wait for any cash either.

I made the switch from Shoppers Drug Mart at 390 Queens Quay to Rexall and I'm so glad I did! The reviews about Amelia and Aysha at the pharmacy here are spot on - they're fantastic. Both of them take care of my prescriptions without any issues and are always friendly, understanding, and empathetic. They're the epitome of what pharmacists should be. They're so great that I even recommended them to my family and switched all of our prescriptions to this pharmacy.
Whenever I call with concerns, someone actually picks up the phone! It's amazing. If either Amelia or Aysha were to ever leave this Rexall, I'd follow them to their next location.
The pharmacy staff here are much more attentive than at Shoppers Drug Mart. Just a couple of side notes: Rexall only offers delivery service on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and their couriers can't be tracked, so the estimated arrival time is always a bit of a guess.
I want to give a big thank you to Amelia and Aysha for always going above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of.

They wish to make you pay for items that are covered by OHIP (maybe not on purpose but this is still unacceptable)Details : The people there are not necessarily bad and try to be helpful (the first people I spoke to were friendly) but there are some things that are not acceptableTheir system shows my prescription drugs as not covered by OHIP although the whole internet says otherwise, and they wanted to make me pay from my pocket for items that should not beI had to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy to get the proper coverage (and to get it quicker) and even then they would not believe that it is covered by OHIP, fortunately the other pharmacy made proper checks and could pass it through OHIPOverall this means that if you need to buy medication from this place, always triple check OHIP coverage and your insurance coverage, because their system is not reliable, and the people working there will not make the proper research

Bought 2 Avene sunscreens that's 38plus tax each for my children only to find out from their teachers that they are expiring in 1 months...these products should not be on the shelves or at least they should be discounted. Poor product/shelve management.
