“The process was really easy, booking over the phone was quick and he was very thorough. We got lots of reminder emails as we approached moving day which provided me peace of mind knowing we were fully booked with them. The movers called when they were on their way, and then worked so hard for the duration of the move. It was -20 something, so cold, and I can't thank them enough for helping. They even moved our piano, and the extra fee for that was super reasonable. It was worth every penny!”

The facility is always open so you can come/go as you please. The customer service in the office is top notch. I always felt safe when I attended at the unit. Our move included a number of steps - inner city Toronto - 1.5 hr travel to a small rural town, with a pick up enroute, all done in a timely manner, and in good humour! Staff very friendly and helpful hooking up trailer, and removing it when we returned. Fast check in and check out. Very smooth experience and pleasant staff! I definitely recommend.
