This was my first time using their services and my request was pretty specific but Marilyn was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process - which made me feel confident I made the right choice.
My order arrived in only a few days, despite it being over the holiday season. The prints are gorgeous! The lamination is top tier and they work perfectly for my project. I was concerned that durability might be an issue but the sheets are so thick and sturdy, I know that they are going to last a long time.
The project turned out even better than I expected and Printcloud had the best pricing on top of incredible quality. I will definitely be using PrintCloud in the future and recommending them to anyone looking for printing services.”

I am one of those rare individuals who is very loyal !
Whether at my place of work , a restaurant ,cafe, or convenience store .Once I like a place it becomes a staple for me and I’m a customer for life!!
Well today This special little ‘hole in the wall has been one of my ‘go to places ‘ forever!
I’ve been coming to Envoy for 25 years since their previous location across the road.
Victor and his wife Emmy ( it’s a rare moment when she is present )as Victor holds court in every circumstance.
Whether it’s printing or computer rental in store UPS FedX or business cards ( I think I’ve used every option over the years.)
He also does passport photos and income taxes.also mailboxes are available.
Victor wears many hats
Once again I stress it’s clean and organized.
Victor even knew my late Mom when she was with me bopping around the city to all my favourite haunts . He still remembers her to this day and that is a bonus on top of all the fine A-plus customer service he shares with us all.
It’s really interesting to watch Victor as he multi -tasks and helps everyone at the same time it seems he’s like a magical wizard .
Yesterday I needed his expertise as I had to get some business files printed up .At. First the store was empty then suddenly there was a line up and as he never deserted my needs, he seemed to work his magic and help everyone with his wonderful gifts of technology.
Anyone else might be overwhelmed and run out screaming but not Victor cool and calm and sifting everyone through.
And quickly.
I’m in awe of Victors knowledge and wisdom of tech skills .
The price points are reasonable but like I said the customer service is invaluable!
Oh yes .. he also has interesting other items along the wall closer to the desk many useful things pens booklets gadgets
I always find something to add to my purchase.
So.. once again friends I’m sharing another special place to add to YOUR ‘Go to ‘places .
The hours of operation are Mon-Fri 10am-5pm
Weekends closed.
I’ll see you there soon cause I’m heading back next week for some computer work

This location is elevated from the sidewalk by a height of several stairs.
There is a common ramp shared among several businesses, located a few yards East of the shop entrance.
The entrance does not have an automatic door opener.
Going in, the staff was busy, but leaving, she came to hold the door open for me. Despite a line of customers. This was excellent accomodation.
The shop layout provides enough space for a wheelchair to access all the materials.
The service counter is low enough, almost at table height, that handling parcels was convenient.
The shop seemed to be short 1 staff person for the first half on Mt wait.
Despite being alone, she was extremely courteous, patient while also multitasking by serving others while I was filling in shipping paperwork.
I was very impressed with the overall experience, despite the lack of a key accessibility feature- an automatic door opener button.
For this reason, Ive given 4/5 stars.

“I failed to check their opening hours before bringing a package in to be shipped and arrived 20 minutes after they closed. As I was lamenting my lack of foresite, a man identifying himself as the owner told me he had overheard me, and offered to take my package in for me. It was too late to ship out on a Saturday, but it shipped right away on Monday morning. He didn't have to help me out, and he saved me from carrying a package around all day. Great service.”
