The shopping experience is great, with helpful and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond, provide exceptional customer service, and educate customers on the products. The stores have useful displays and space to try loading a bag for fit and feel. The customer service is top notch, promptly handling issues and turning them into a positive. Customers also appreciate the bag trade-in program. It is a store people love to stop into whenever they are in town.
My husband and I stopped by to look at the luggages and enjoyed our visit at this venue. It's a quaint, clean, and organized store.
