Although the items are fairly pricing, the suits (and clothing) were some of the highest quality and comfortable I have tried on. Highly recommend stopping by! From the get go the LBC team was informative, professional, friendly, and timely. They’re very knowledgeable and gave a great final product but the thing I appreciated the most was the honesty and integrity in the process. They always prioritized getting me a great product on time and under budget. Even when the suit looked great to me, Kunal made sure to keep tailoring it until he knew it to be the best fit possible even though it meant more time and effort from his team. Two years later, Kunal is still providing great service and I’m happy to recommend it to anyone looking for a bespoke experience.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at this store that I felt compelled to. I was visiting Toronto last week and had never been to the city before. Another store in the neighborhood recommended this place, so I decided to check it out. After visiting a handful of men’s boutiques around the city, this one really stood out and honestly, the customer service was on a completely different level. The guy working there, I believe his name was Justin, was incredible. He was the only person working, but somehow managed to take care of 4 or 5 different groups of people at once without making anyone feel overlooked. He welcomed everyone who walked in, made sure people knew what was going on, he explained the sale they were having, and pointed out all of the new products that had just come in. What really stood out to me was how genuine he was. Justin was charismatic, funny, and incredibly personable, but it never felt forced. He really knew how to work the room. He had a really natural way of making everyone feel welcome, and you could tell he was genuinely passionate about what he does. It was honestly a breath of fresh air. Before I left, he even made sure to give me some recommendations for his favorite shops and restaurants around the city. I ended up checking out a few of them, and they were all great. I really appreciate how genuine and pleasant the whole experience was. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the city! Justin, if you happen to see this, you’re awesome.
