*AVOID THIS LOCATION* This location seems to be staffed almost exclusively by ignorant, ill-mannered millennials. I'd rather shop online, as poor customer service should not be rewarded with my business.

2023 August 3★Nothing to complain about. Get in, get out. Know what you want and ask for it.Not sure if staff is knowledgeable, but they were nice.Owned by Canadian Tire, but a rebranded satellite store focusing on automotive products.Lots of parking.

Visited today to buy brake pads. The guy was very rude and told me to buy parts from some where else. He needs to change his behavior otherwise going to loose customers.

Very sad. Not knowledgeable at all. Came in to buy a replacement rear windshield wiper for my apparently not so common 2018 Chev Equinox. No parts, and they tried to sell me a 13" wiper instead of the original 12". News!! It doesn't fit!! Sales person said it is what is stated on the computer. I bought it on Amazon instead. Should've done that in the first place instead of wasting my time. Cheaper too!!

The first staff member that helped me purchase a replacement car battery only offered the most expensive option without informing me of the other options that cost a hundred dollars less until I specifically inquired. Additionally, they flat out denied a battery health check when it is literally advertised as a free service on a giant poster at the other side of the store. When I returned with my dead battery to get my deposit back, they didn't return the HST amount even though they charged HST on the deposit when I purchased the battery. A mistake or not, the lack of professionalism is clear. Stay away from this store, as I won't be coming back.

Hubby and I came here as there was a promotion offering 20% off if you buy two or more Chemical Guys cleaning products. However, upon reviewing the receipt later at home, the receipt showed only a 15% discount. A week later we went back to the store to ask about the discrepancy. The store employee said that it's based on select products, and that the system automatically adjusts for it. The products that were purchased where ones shown in the flyer. Moral of the story is to check your receipt when you purchase products from here in order to verify price and discount before leaving the store.

PartSource your reputation precedes you in a negative customer service experience I know on a parts retail business. Trying to find the engine oil that is on sale but they make me feel like I am stupid, empathy is not in their vocabulary. And the winner is Costco and Canadian Tire, better brand and bigger capacity, cheaper too.

Joshua was a great help when I went to the store. After being sent in by my grandmother to get blinker fluid, Joshua was able to tell me the joke, and we had a good laugh. Darn you grandma!
