Told Clark to deposit $2000 to my company account, second after deposited to my personal. 2 of them try to figure out how to solve this problem for 30 mins. Come on! Can you guys get a proper training at least and try to listen to customer what they trying to do?

i wish there's 0 for them. worst branch ever. longest waiting time, cocky attitude, they can always to find the worst excuse to refuse your need.

Easy to book appointment online, was seen immediately by Coral Liu. She was really friendly and efficient. Sorted out a new chequing and saving account for me and gave advise about credit cards, mortgages and joint accounts. Very happy.
