“One of the best courier / shipping services in Canada. I have sent 86kgs from Toronto to melfort.Initially I was very scared of giving my stuff in courier but Iqbal uncle and his wife made sure that I leave everything on them and I should be stress free. Even though I had multiple queries about the courier how when it will reach. If not received where will it go? And what not , but all my queries were solved that moment though they were getting late to leave. Respect and kudos to the couple who run this business. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.Reliable and trustworthy.”

“I have always had great service here but thought I’d share something since I felt he went above and beyond. I came into the store today only looking for a box that would fit an item I wanted to return. I wasn’t even shipping with UPS! Ben not only measured and found a box that would fit the item, he then put the item into the box, FOLDED DOWN the excess parts of the box to actually fit the item perfectly, and taped it up securely including with the printed return label. I honestly was so impressed…. I just left with my return item all ready to simply be dropped off when I only came in for a box. Thanks so much, Ben - above and beyond truly!!!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
I had to return a defective portable air conditioner weighing nearly 50 pounds. After finally getting the return approved, I thought everything was settled, but then I ran into another problem. Several other UPS locations refused to accept the package because it was too large and too heavy.
Thankfully, I found this UPS Store. The owner, Leo, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Not only did he accept my package without hesitation, but he also helped me pack it properly to make sure everything was ready for shipment.
From his accent, I could tell he is from northern China. People from northern China are often known for being warm, straightforward, and generous, and Leo truly lives up to that reputation.
