“Visited Donovan Auto for the first time after Kal Tire quoted me on a tie rod end problem when I requested a tire swap and alignment. I asked George for a quote on the tie rod and about his availability. Upon inspection, he said it was not a tie rod issue, it was a lower ball joint. My usual mechanic told me to expect the ball joint would be next to go, but he is booking a month out, so I was happy with the diagnosis and the repair at Donovan Auto, who had the chance availability to fix up my ride on short notice. Also, I can walk there, so points for that!”

“Years ago I found the best deal here for a set of winter tires, and a set of black fast wheels. Mounted, balanced and on the car for just over $1000 bucks. It was the best price and service I could find.
Most recently, Scotty helped me pick out a set of metallic fast wheels for our new vehicle. They arrived very quickly, and they put my new tires I brought in on for me. I love how they turned out. I will continue coming here for our tires/ wheels/ etc.”

“I manage a Territory and my career in sales requires me to travel daily between 200-300 kms daily.
I called 3/4 of garages in Sudbury to try and have my car repaired as ny drivers rear wheel bearing needed replacement and the closest appointment i could find was over 7 days. I called Fountain tire in Friday at 4:00 pm as a last ditch effort to try and hopefully get in by next Wednesday. Robin answered the phone and told me to drop it off Monday morning first thing and that whatever the issue was, it would be diagnosed and repaired and he would give me a ride home. Here I am Monday at 2 pm, keys in hand my car drives like a dream. He also picked me up in a huge snowstorm and was happy about it!!
Robin, Cory and Sarah bring old school service back to a time when uncertainty seems to be the only order of the day. They treat you like family. You just don’t get this level of service from ANYONE anymore in the auto repair business and anyone looking for honest friendly reputable work, this shop does it all.
