“Smoke FX on carlingwood drive in Ottawa is this Mom & Pop family looking location but it’s the feel you get when your there that really took me and truly makes me want to come back over and over again. Oh .. The prices are phenomenal! And I’m not joking. They will go above and beyond to give you a deal a discount a free item or your choice even if there’s no promotions going on. They have literally have the best customer service….Top quality products and items..the most amazing wide selection of brands…products ..and more choices then the biggest competitors around .. and that no joke !
Just as a personal experience example the first thing i noticed the first time i walked in and started looking around , all the different manufacturers name they had like literally every name brand I’ve seen online plus what really stunned me in a mind blowing ? way was for all the name brands of pods , devices , batteries and juices , they had every flavor ever created by each and every brand name !!!! I was like wow !!! And saying things like “ what ? No way ! I only heard or saw this flavor once online and they were always sold out , and you have tons of it right here !! And I was floored cause there’s were flavors i didn’t even know existed from all theses brands names like for instance LevelX, STLTH, Geek Bar, Loop,Voopoo, Elf bar, Lost ,zovoo, Icewabe,Air bar,Air factory, Adjust, Bad drip, Berry twist,Cake, C2, Breeze, Bravo Max,Candy King, coastal Clouds, cloud nurdz,death row vapes, custard monsters, Foger, FreeMax, Fume,FunkyRepublic, Geek Vape,Hyppe, HQD, Hyde, Juice head,Keep it 100, Kros, Mr.Fog, Nexa ,North ,ooze, Phun, Pid Juice, Smok, sour drip, Snow wolf and the list goes on in every flavor or none flavor flavorless imaginable and strength of nicotine as you can also cut down slowly. Like mind blowing ?
So my personal opinion and suggestions honestly is if you vape this place is where you need to go for total satisfaction in every way possible Smoke FX !!!!!!”

“The fact that they have Cheech bongs is a huge plus. The last bong I got was from a cheap corner store that was as thin as a lightbulb! Edit: The fact that they even helped me figure out what a new bong and grinder was gonna cost before I had money for it was a huge plus! I would highly recommend going here for bongs. “I showed up with only a few minutes until closing and the guy already closed up. He was nice enough to go back inside to serve me.There was also a mix up and I got the wrong item. I opened it already and even though there’s a no refund/exchange policy he still took it back and gave me the right item. It was kind of their fault for not giving me what I asked for, but to be fair I should’ve noticed the mistake.Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the price was a bit high. More than 20% higher than other stores, even after accounting for sales tax.”
