Even when the repairs took a few more days to complete after a month, they didn't charge me those extra 2 days which I really appreciated. Baljeet in particular was always communicative, friendly and offered customer solutions. Really happy with the whole rental experience!”

I had to go through the insurance as my car was hit and Tony and Sandra were very helpful with walking me through the entire process. Tony did an amazing job and in 2 days!! “My car has a problem. The dealer checked it and told me that they need order a part which would be delivered from Germany. They scheduled to fix it in 6 days. So I rent a car for 6 days from Advantage Car Rentals Thornhill.
But just after one day Mercedes called me that they received the part and fixed my car.
So I went to Advantage Car Rentals to ask if I can return the car early. The employee Jitin is very nice and honest, he let me returned the car. Their price is very good, no hidden fee. Their service is also very good . The car is very clean.
I would definitely come to this store again if I need to rent a car.

“Not only do they have a great fleet of rental cars/vans to choose from but they even offered me detailing for my personal vehicle with amazing competitive rates! Couldn't say no! Came there looking for a cube van for my moving day and walked out with more than I could ask for! Nick is the man there and he will do everything he can to get you rolling when in need! I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rental. I was offered a Ford Explorer and a VW Tiguan, but I preferred the Mazda CX-5, which was cleaned and made ready in under 10 minutes. The branch operates with impressive efficiency, and the service was outstanding. The manager, Edosa, was very thorough, proactive, and went above and beyond to quickly provide suitable alternatives, making the entire process smooth and professional.”

After being involved in a rear-end collision and losing my vehicle immediately, the tow driver recommended this company since it’s covered under our auto insurance. They delivered a rental car to me right after the accident, thats truly impressive service.
Unfortunately, the first vehicle I received had an unexpected flat tire due to normal wear and tear. I wasn’t sure what happened, but after contacting them, they promptly came to my home, repaired the tire, and even replaced the vehicle for me.
