“Highly reccomend summit ford, and service advisor Ryan Knox in particular. The front differential on my 2022 f150 blew and was leaking like crazy. Last time i brought my truck in for an ignition problem it took more than a week. Had my truck towed in at 9pm sunday and had it back 530pm monday, fully repaired and they also took care of a recall i was unaware of for me, all thanks to Ryan. Can't say enough good about him. It's so hard to find proper service guys, especially at dealerships. 12/10”
“Estrada has been exceptional in every sense of the word. I had an insurance issue and my policy provider suggested I go with Enterprise. They wasted a whole day and I never got a car. Luckily I found Estrada the next day, and within 15 minutes of my call there was a car on my driveway. I cannot begin to describe how comforting it was to get a car with such ease especially since my car was in limbo. Kudos team Estrada. To the reader, I wholeheartedly recommend Estrada. They recently opened another location by steeles but I still prefer to rent here cause the customer service is just great. Lauren was very helpful and I appreciate it. She helped me with my concern about returning the vehicles off hours since the key drop off no longer exists. Also she even helped me find the best suited vehicle for my needs and gave me all my choices. I do own a personal car but I do rent often and here are a few of my favorites for the past few years.”

“Patrick was amazing! My sister came to toronto for a visit and we rented a car from this company. Everything was smooth from receiving the rental to getting the deposit back. My sister left before she could receive the rest of the deposit and I held on to the receipt which is needed for refund of the deposit, he explained to us throughly and Patrick gave it back no problems! “After being given a rental while my car was undergoing body work. I had some bad luck with a rental.... I got a flat tire the morning after receiving the rental. I called the manager and he quickly sent a caa guy to swap the tire. Then I drove to the dealership and got a nicer rental vehicle ?. A Mitsubishi eclipse. All went well except the day I returned the rental vehicle I forgot my gym bag.I called them 2 days later and let them know the situation. They found my bag and held it for me until I picked it up.I was given Excellent customer service from all staff at this location. Thank you guys!”

“They are pretty organized. They have no a great variety of cars — mostly Toyota Corollas and Ford Fusions. And these cars all have some scratches on a body. But they provide affordable service, and the management is informal. And insurance is included in the rate so that you will get a fair price. Recommended.”
