“Excellent experience renting a car from City Car & Truck. The shuttle pick up was efficient, the pick up process went quickly and we were given a free upgrade to a small SUV that looked brand new. Drop off was the same- smooth and quick. The best part was the customer service. The gentleman who helped me at pick up and drop off was so kind and friendly. “Open on Sunday. The staff was quick/knowledgeable and very accommodating even though he could not reach me by phone prior to pick up. He even broom swept and advised us in advance of the prior damage to the van. A bit more expensive compared to other places nearby but the cargo van is taller.”
“Really positive experience with Estrada Car Rentals during my insurance replacement. The process was simple from the beginning and anytime I called, someone actually answered and helped me right away, which made things a lot less stressful.
Their team is available 24/7 and they were very efficient in getting everything arranged quickly. I also liked that they brought the vehicle straight to me, which saved a lot of time and hassle.

“My car has a problem. The dealer checked it and told me that they need order a part which would be delivered from Germany. They scheduled to fix it in 6 days. So I rent a car for 6 days from Advantage Car Rentals Thornhill.
But just after one day Mercedes called me that they received the part and fixed my car.
So I went to Advantage Car Rentals to ask if I can return the car early. The employee Jitin is very nice and honest, he let me returned the car. Their price is very good, no hidden fee. Their service is also very good . The car is very clean.
I would definitely come to this store again if I need to rent a car.

“The customer service at this enterprise is unmatched. Every time I pickup a vehicle the team members are friendly, quick, efficient, and filled with knowledge. I am constantly impressed with their customer service.
The pickup and drop off processes are also super quick and easy.
The only issue is that the parking lot is quite tight when exiting so take it slow when approaching the ramps. Other than that, this place is fantastic!”

“Dee Welcome was amazing! She made what could have been a really stressful situation so much easier. I rushed out of the house on the morning of my pickup and completely forgot my ID. By the time I got there and realized it, I thought my whole day was ruined.Dee was incredibly kind and understanding. She helped me reschedule my pickup and even offered me a ride to work, which I really appreciated.When I came back the next day, the exact car I wanted was ready and waiting for me. “Forgot to write a review but last summer we were in a car accident while driving one of their cars (was rear ended while on a highway). Very scary but we called Enterprise and they told us what to do. And even though we didn’t get their insurance, they helped us navigate our credit card insurance. Gave us a new car to use for the rest of our rental. We now get their insurance in order not to deal with the back and forth hassles. 10/10 would recommend!”

I dealt with both Frank and John. Wonderful, easy guys to work with and really helped me out. I had a nice little car, a corolla and they go over everything with me ahead of time.
