“In today’s world of highly critical people, fear of war and general malcontent, it is refreshing to encounter a store, Be Like Us-Blu at Vaughan Mills, that not only provides outrageous customer service but first and foremost, cares about their customers.

“Accidentally the security tag was left on my coat and I live over an hour from this store.
The store manager Jason came up with an excellent solution… he mailed me a new coat without the tag and a return slip for the coat with the tag still on it.

“Visited the Old Navy Outlet at Vaughan Mills with plans to buy some clothes, but I think it was just bad timing. The store had clearance deals marked at 30%, 40%, and even 60%, however none of those discounts applied to the items we were actually looking for. Most of what we needed was either regular price or didn’t have the discount we expected.
That said, the store itself is well designed with a nice, organized layout. The collection is decent overall, staff were helpful, and price check scanners are available on-site, which is convenient.
Even though I didn’t end up buying anything this time, I’d still recommend this store—just depends on what you’re shopping for and when you visit.”

“BOSS Outlet at Vaughan Mills is one of the best outlet stores in the mall if you’re looking for sharp, classic menswear (and premium basics) without paying full retail. The store has that clean, upscale BOSS look, and it feels organized and easy to shop compared to a lot of busy outlet locations.
What I like most is the value for what you’re getting. BOSS quality is solid (especially for suits, dress shirts, polos, knitwear, and outerwear), and the outlet pricing can make it realistic to build a proper wardrobe upgrade in one visit. It’s a great place to pick up “work and events” pieces, but also nice elevated everyday items like sweaters, tees, and accessories.
It’s also a convenient stop because it’s right in Vaughan Mills, so you can compare prices with other brands and come back if you need to think about it. Overall, if you want a more polished look and good-quality pieces at outlet pricing, this location is a strong pick and I recommend it.”

“Love their sales, great clothes for kids that are kind of in-between the kids stores and the teen stores. Jogging pants are comfy and look nice, the ball caps are always slick. I always buy all my kids pants and t-shirts for the year here, and when he was smaller he liked the thin onesie pj's.Glad they survived covid!!!As for the negative reviews I read...I find the retail workers aren't very happy to be working, but I don't blame them. If u want smiles and cottling call your mom.”
“I have not been the greatest fan of H&M because I do find that the quality of their clothes is going down. But I love their jeans and this is my favorite location as they always have different styles and options to choose from. Plus, they have cotton jeans. I hate polyester, Lycra. The staff is also friendly.”
“I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this store, and I don’t think some people fully understand how resale works. This is still a business, and they need to be selective so their inventory actually sells. What’s helped me is calling ahead to ask what types of items they’re currently looking for. For example, I know they often accept plus-size clothing because they’re low on it. Doing this has made my drop-offs much more successful. I also think it helps to manage expectations and not assume you’ll get a huge payout every time.
I enjoy shopping here because you can find great deals on brands like Aritzia and Lululemon for a fraction of the retail price. It’s definitely hit or miss, but that’s the nature of secondhand shopping. You’re not at a mall, and it takes time and patience to find good pieces.
I’m giving one less star because occasionally the staff seem unsure about what’s going on or which bag belongs to which customer. Some people describe the staff as dismissive, but I get the sense they deal with a lot of frustrated customers who come in expecting big payouts. Overall, I’ve had a good experience by being realistic and asking questions ahead of time.”
