    “staff was helpful but inaccurate. i was trying to get grip tape for my board but it was $8.95. employee showed another option (mob) and said it was $9.95. I never tried mob before so i asked for it. when she ran it in the computer, it said it was $12.95. i had to go back and get the other one. maybe i misheard what she said but was still a good experience overall. i was able to get the product but had a little bit of issues.”

    “I walked into the store with absolutely no intention of buying anything, but Hiva was amazing at her job. She paid attention to my body shape and personal style, picked out several options that she thought would suit me, and very kindly encouraged me to try them on. I work in sales myself, and it was honestly one of the few times I genuinely enjoyed being approached and guided by a salesperson. Every store needs someone like Hiva—someone who understands the customer without being pushy. I ended up buying four pieces for almost $400, even though I hadn’t planned to shop at all, and I was actually happy about it because I felt that everything I bought truly suited me. Congratulations to the store for having such a dedicated and professional employee like Hiva. She really goes above and beyond for her customers and made my shopping experience a great one. Highly recommended!”
