The store features trendy furniture and home accessories suitable for any room, including living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, and offices. Customers often appreciate the helpful and professional staff, with some staff members providing excellent customer service, including assistance with special orders and replacements. For example, one customer received a free replacement for a broken chair leg, highlighting the store’s customer care. However, some customers face long wait times, with many items on backorder for several months, which can be frustrating. Overall, Structube is a good destination for modern furniture, especially for those willing to wait for their orders.

I came here to get countertop stools and the customer service and help was professional. None of the sales associates were pushy or rude they were helpful, kind and straight to the point. When you go in ask for Hill and Shom they were extremely pleasant and kind!
