“Litemode offered the best price for a floor lamp we wanted, so we ordered it online. Unfortunately, the lamp was out-of-stock; but Bridget notified us shortly after placing the order and confirmed that we were willing to wait a month. Due to shipping irregularities, the lamp was delayed by an additional month, but Bridget kept us abreast of estimated delivery and always offered us a full refund if we decided we weren’t up for the wait. It finally arrived this week and we’re very pleased, and impressed with Bridget’s customer service, particularly given that we’ve never placed foot in their store.
