“Totally awesome! Loved the place. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the location couldn't be better. Stayed for 3x Nights recently and didn't want to leave. Rooms are large and spacious and have a very open feeling to them with plenty of natural light. They have a massive 55" TV on the wall, directly in front of the bed so easy to see. The Kids loved it as well! They are also dog friendly! Totally cool!”

“A big shout-out to Miele for their over the top service. I have a 2 year old CM6160 expresso machine which I was experiencing difficulties making proper coffees. My wife and I brought the machine into the Miele Headquarters in Vaughan ON for servicing and was told by the Store Manager (Mr. Mario Mijavevic) that they do not perform service at this location. Mario then inquired with us as to what the issues were with the machine. After our explanation, he stated “it sounds like the machine settings need to be adjusted” and offered to allow him to set it up and test it in their show room to make sure before we send it out too a service technician. It quickly became apparent to me from Mario’s review of the machine settings that I could have followed the owners manual for the detailed settings instructions. Mario, at no time made me feel foolish for not following the manual but instead was very understanding and demonstrated how the numerous setting sequences can be confusing when not using them regularly and how other family users unfamiliar with the machine can unknowingly change settings when pushing various buttons in succession. Thank you Mario for taking an hour out of your day to help me set up my coffee maker and be able to take it home again and avoid what would likely would have amounted to not having our coffee maker for a period of time, but also paying for unnecessary service charges had we brought it elsewhere. You’ve made my wife and I loyal Miele customers.
