The price was super fair, and they squeezed my car in since I needed it done ASAP. Customer service was amazing. I totally recommend this shop to anyone in the Niagara region.”

“Had them install some parts I wasn't able to and find a coolant leak before replacing the coolant. Replaced a failed heater hose at the firewall (the leak) and found two cracked crimp fittings on hoses at the rear heating unit of my Tahoe. They offered a less expensive repair option that I gladly accepted. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion. Good people. I will use them again for future work.”

“I can only say great things about this shop. From the first time I have used them until now. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping — each time they take the time to explain what my vehicle needs in clear, no-pressure language. Their honesty and transparency stood out: they recommended only necessary repairs, provided professional advice on preventive care and gave a fair, itemized estimate. This is the first shop I feel that I can truly trust. They are reliable, punctual, and fair-priced. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent customer service and a shop that values integrity.”

“I have been dealing exclusively with Dante and Erie Muffler and Brake for all my auto repair needs for about 20 years. Never once have I experienced anything less than 5 star service everytime. “Our vehicle broke down today around lunch time. We had it towed to 2 Cool Automotive as we’ve brought our vehicle in before and have always been pleased with the service. We had fully expected that we wouldn’t have our car back until at least Monday, as we brought it in on a Friday afternoon. Within a few hours, we had a call with the issue and were told that our vehicle would be ready for pick up shortly after- this was around 2:30pm only hours after bringing it in. I highly recommend this place. The service has been excellent each time I’ve gone in for help, and they are always trying their best to have our vehicle ready as soon as possible.”

“It was my first time coming. And had to be taken care of ASAP. Other places were so busy, however even though Burkholder was busy, they new I was from out of town and they squeezed me in and got my radiator issue fixed. And the best part, 100% complete transparency, honesty and affordable. They made sure they did what it takes to slap on their 100% approval especially knowing i have a long drive back home. Put it this way, I will go out of my way again to have them take care of my vehicle. It is so hard to trust mechanics. It is really fantastic to know there is one I seriously trust when I come to Welland. Thanks again for doing a great job.”

“I was at a local business on Niagara Street and discovered I had a screw in my tire and it was leaking air. I quickly got over to Active G+R parking lot and went in and spoke to the front desk technician. He was very helpful and friendly. I had never been to this business before so he collected the information on the car and then sent another tire technician out to look at the tire very quickly. Due to the location of the screw it was going to be a difficult plug to install. However they did take the car in while I waited and they brought my car back out 10 minutes later and it was all fixed up with a plug. I was thrilled to be back on the road so quickly. I really appreciate how wonderful the staff were at this business.”

“Bosch Car Service saved the day again! My mother is a huge fan and won’t trust her car to anyone else so, with an issue with my car, I decided to bring it to Bosch and see for myself. Mason is a star. The mechanics quickly diagnosed what I felt was going to be a costly issue. It was not. Sigh of relief. Reasonable price … my car and wallet thankful. Great customer service! Many thanks to all at Bosch!”

“Organized chaos. Felt like an ER but for vehicles. This shop has a lot of character. Their mechanics are transparent and the staff is friendly. A few emergency calls came in close to their closing time and they still told the customers to swing by and they'd see what they could do. Thanks to Abdul and team. The cars riding nicely.”
