“Brian at GoodCarsOnly was amazing! He was helpful from the very start — not pushy at all, super friendly, and even lent us a car for a full day while they were safetied ours. The price was great for an excellent vehicle, no complaints at all.

“I took my 2021 Ford Ranger to Precision Dent Repair on Rymal Road to fix three dents on the hood, each a couple inches long and in some pretty awkward spots. I sent them pictures first and they were helpful right from the start. Dan and his team were easy to deal with, explained everything clearly, and were upfront about what they could do.
One of the dents was at a tricky angle and took a bit more work. Dan didn’t rush it and made sure the clear coat stayed perfect. He spent the extra time on it and didn’t charge anything extra, which I really appreciated. The job took an extra day, but it was totally hassle free.
When I picked up my truck, I was honestly really happy with how it turned out. You’d never know the dents were even there. I’d definitely recommend Precision Dent Repair to anyone who needs dent work. Thanks again to Dan and the team!”
“There are many things to say about Chestnut Avenue Auto. All of which are positive. I could say those I spoke to communicated well, that they were timely with service, attentive to my requests, transparent with cost and options, neighbourly, kind, provided excellent work, and so on. But I think there are two things which make any mechanic standout: first, I had a problem with my vehicle, one which was a safety issue, and it is fixed well. More importantly, I know why it was fixed, how it was fixed, I knew my options beforehand, when it would be fixed by, and knew before it was fixed how much it would cost me. And second, I, within a day, recommended the shop to a colleague who was looking for a trustworthy mechanic.
This is all to say that the ability to feel comfortable with a mechanic is paramount in my mind. Cars cost money, that is a given. However, feeling comfortable about that expense for service is not always a given. It depends on the mechanic and whether they have the qualities I mentioned earlier. I was comfortable with the expense for service at Chestnut Ave Auto. So much so I extended that sentiment to others. In my mind that is the hallmark of any upstanding mechanic.

Issues that other shops had trouble diagnosing were resolved here. After driving the car for a few days, another issue came up, and when I brought it back, they fixed it at no extra charge.

“I was recently in a car collision in burlington , and the police called global tech collision for a flat bed for my tesla vehicle. Yousuf was very helpful and kind.Despite the chaos of a collision. He allowed me to sit in his warm truck whilst he put my car on the tow. It was very cold outside , so that was appreciated. Giving it one star less due to the company only taking cash, I would've rather used credit card for this transaction.”

“I used them for oil changes and some repairs. Their prising is resonable and people are quite knowledgeable mechanics. I stopped using them when they changed the policy for oil changes when they refused to use customer oil and filter. In general nothing agains them, just their office might have been a bit cleaner.”

“I'm a licensed auto technician and after I was unable to do my own alignments because I moved to a shop that did not have alignment equipment, I was unable to find someone who knew how to properly align a vehicle so it drove straight down the road and didn't burn off the tires. After 6 to 8 shops attempted to align my lifted 2022 ram, my parts supplier action truck sent my vehicle to auto experts and I couldn't be happier with the results. My truck drives straight as an arrow with no signs of cupping or scrubbing on my new 36 inch toyo open country tires. I will never take a vehicle I own anywhere else to be aligned.”
