“Absolutely amazing staff. They do wonderful work and coordinated my rental so that my insurance claim was smooth and uneventful. I cant praise Jennie at the main desk enough. She is a wonderful ambassador for the company.”
“Very professional and honest business. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Prices are also very affordable and cheaper than others in the area. Exceptional service overall!”
“My mother recently had work done at this collision centre, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The service was excellent from start to finish, the quality of the work was outstanding, and every staff member we dealt with was professional and friendly. Even though a collision repair is something no one wants to go through, they made the entire process easy and completely stress-free. Mara and Dan were especially kind and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure we were comfortable at every step. Highly recommend!”
“From start to finish, I received the very best Customer Service in my entire life. The waiting room and office are extremely clean, attractive and calm. The staff is friendly, courteous and follow through to do exactly what they promised to do. Outstanding on all accounts! Many thanks to the CarStar Mainway Team!”
“Recently I was involved in an auto accident. A good friend of mine strongly suggested i take my truck to Assured on Harvester Rd in Burlington. The body work and paint was exceptional. Very courteous staff and my truck was finished when I was told. Also to my surprise, it was cleaned. I strongly suggest Assured 4169 Harvester Rd for all your auto body needs. Keep up the great work guys.”
“The customer service when I called for information and when I dropped my car off was excellent. Great communication. Speedy completed my windshield replacement in a timely manner.”
“Great experience had the express wash/detail car looks and smells great.
Didn't check to see what days/times are best for quick turnaround. Was there about an hour and a half but I went on a friday of a long weekend
Enjoyed how you can follow your car down the conveyor as the interior is cleaned”
