“I left the gym next door to find out my key fob wouldn't open my car. I was in an awkward position as my wallet was locked in the car. I headed over to the store and asked a favour to have a new key fob battery installed so I could get into my car and grab my wallet then come back to pay.
Not only did they say Absolutely, no worries! The gentleman took the time to replace the battery in the fob for me. No questions asked!

“The first time my parents ever let me leave the house on my own was with my older friend of a couple years Rory who lived next door back in around 1990 or so I was about 10. I was so excited when my mom agreed to let me go with him. We went for a walk a couple miles to Westcliff mall and into Home Hardware where we each had 10 dollars or so to spend given by our parents. Rory suggested we should buy our each of our parents a gift with the money we had been given. I think I bought some sort of a toolbox for my dad here or something. Every time I go to Westcliff, im so glad to see this place is still here as so many other places have come and gone. Like the fish and chips place and the video rental stores. Rest in Peace Rory”

I had an amazing experience at the RONA Ancaster location! I purchased fence boards for Christmas gift projects, and I couldn’t have been happier with the quality. The boards were absolutely perfect! just a quick sand, and they were ready to use. It made my projects so much easier and stress-free!

“My favourite hardware store. Staff very helpful, pleasant. Great selection of items. Always find useful things at their store. Especially appreciate their service dept. Have a great guy there, that fixes lawnmower and even replaced a handle on my old pitchfork. Really grateful as there were no other stores who even had a replacement part for my pitchfork, but they have a guy who actually took off old broken handle and replaced with a new one. That's why they are my preferred place yo get anything I need re: hardware stuff.”
