“We have had positive experience when we were there for the first time at this Marshall store. They are located in the city of Burlington in the busy area of other retailers. They offer nice gifts with very reasonable prices. They also have many good collections of gift items. For your gift purchases, this would be a great place. We bought some Christmas gifts from this store. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“I wanted to say that the customer service in this location is outstanding. After hours and hours in the Maple View mall, I found what I was looking for in RW&CO, it was my first time to that store. But I was helped in such a great way by Veronica, who went out of her way to make sure that I got what I needed. She was one of the best people I've ever worked with in a clothing store and I am 61 years old, so I've met a lot. She is so friendly and so professional, a perfect combo, and so committed to doing an outstanding job. I really appreciated the help! Thanks again!”
“Had an amazing experience with Larry on Friday. He helped me to select a suit for a wedding the following day. He brought us through the different styles, materials, colours, etc. for different temperatures, seasons, and occasions. He was helpful in narrowing down the choices and even got the fit close enough that I didn’t need alterations for my last minute purchase. I should also say that this review is long overdue seeing as he’s helped me at least twice before with jeans as well as Christmas shopping and was very attentive even during the high traffic time. This time, we had trouble picking between the final two options for a suit, but fortunately there were two other associates that poked their heads in to weigh their opinions and we landed on the classic style to get more longevity/value. They were all very friendly, helpful and dressed to impress which made it all that much easier to trust their opinions. Seriously - Larry rocking the double-breast and his colleague with some sweet boots and a very elegantly dressed woman. I would definitely check this place out and will return myself.”
