“**Updated** The cashiers are great. Had some issues with the pharmacists at first due to miscommunication, and how my psychiatrist has been responding in regards to faxes being sent to him from here. I had a talk with the head pharmacist, and he was informative on whatever was happening behind the scenes regarding prescription refills. At first I made a critical review regarding the pharmacists of this place but after having that talk, it made me realize what was really going on. The people of this place are good at what they do and are always trying to improve.”

“Great clinic, the pharmacists are very educated and informative when required. The pharmacists' assistant Sierra is always smiling and so so soooo friendly ????. My husband and I have both recognized appalling attitude from one of the other pharmasist assistants which seems to have been rectified after a few mentions of it, but apart from that definite 5 stars. As for the new normal and necessary "Social Distancing" protocols, you can be assured it is safe.”

“I recently visited the Rexall Pharmacy in Waterford and was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of products they offer. In addition to prescription medications and over-the-counter remedies, they also have a great selection of giftware, food items, and even beauty products.
The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the service I received from Geraldine. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed.
If you're looking for a pharmacy that has it all, I highly recommend checking out the Rexall Pharmacy in Waterford.”
