They have a ton of products and accessories and they went above and beyond showing me how certain accessories worked! I actually had fun shopping and bought a few extra items. I highly recommend them. They are worth the extra bit of a drive.”
“I am very happy with my new water softener machine. The team was very helpful with providing information for dealing with the issue I was experiencing. I was able to safely override the old unit and shut down the water. They then helped me book an appointment to receive installation in a few days. Matt was at my house to install the new system and educate me on the machine. Being new to Kitchener I did not have the knowledge of how the system worked. Now I do and I can confidently manage my household water system. I would highly recommend getting any of your household water needs from this company. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable!”

“Rona my favorite place to buy for projects mainly around the house. I did save lot of money about 7 years ago when a friend told me to visit them to set me up a plan on computer to build my own deck one story high and steps . The 've asked me the floor area I said 10x10 feet . They typed the 10x10 and the printer piled the pages information they gave me and asked me when I want the delivery I told them and also to place the one time load into the garage and so did everything included instructions and city requirements and their approval for sending a specialized person to verify the depth of the required posts to support the Deck.
No sweat no surprises. I completed all by myself strong structure. Later my own hot water tank leaking water then I bought from Rona the Rheem tankless water heater. No mistake, I needed parts that competitors did not have parts , Rona had them. I am very happy that with their info and parts help I was completing non stop my projects. Just to remind if you are not from related trades please be realistic that you are well knowledgeable and don't shy to ask for appropriate help.”
