Then we discovered that Columbia Auto had expanded to include Lexington Auto, and that Scott headed the team there (I remember Scott well from when he was at Columbia). We are so impressed with the Lexington shop. Like Columbia, they embrace the values of customer service, timeliness, quality work, and going the extra mile to help you out. I've absolutely shown up out of the blue and said "Scott, can you help me? The car needs the following..." and he has always been accommodating and helpful (although I know he'd probably prefer if everyone just made an appointment so that he can manage the day!). The Lexington location is a real gem, and I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who is searching for a really good independent mechanic.
