I cannot recommend this shop highly enough! We had a trip to Toronto planned for Thursday morning when a brake line issue came up. I called Wednesday morning hoping for a miracle, and they squeezed us in right away.
Ryan took care of our car and discovered the job was bigger than expected—in addition to the brake line, both front struts needed replacing. Despite the extra workload, Ryan pulled out all the stops to make sure our vehicle was safe and fully repaired so we wouldn't have to cancel our travel plans. We were able to hit the road Thursday morning right on schedule.

“These guys are amazing! I had just driven across Canada from the North Coast of BC to Ontario, and arrived July 12th. I had gotten a complete service done on my vehicle to make sure that it would be safe to drive across Canada. The last thing I needed on my trip was to have to deal with car trouble. Well, my first sign of trouble was my AC wasn't working. That being said I had to do old school 80s style cooling.
I finally get to Ontario, get my car in to check why my AC is not working and let's just say I am surprised I didn't get into an accident. Not only was my AC not working but the dealership that I had my car serviced back in Prince Rupert BC before I left, did a shitty job at almost everything that they had replaced and charged me for.
Things weren't either tightened or aligned properly. I had front and back brake pads that never have any lubricant on them and they were rusted, in new rotors!!! Ball bearings that weren't installed or tightened property, and my steering wheel was out of whack. There were a lot more issues that they had to either replace or align to mention. My car was literally a shit show!!!
So, I want to give a huge shout out to Dave (Thanks man, you're a life saver!) and to the whole crew who took the time and truly did what mechanics should do. Make sure any vehicle is in working condition when it leaves the shop. I am beyond grateful that they were recommended to me. Now, I can truly say that I am safe driving my car because it was properly fixed by REAL mechanics, not some wannabe mechanics.
The dealership in Prince Rupert BC should be embarrassed that I had to pay almost $2,000.00 to fix their mistakes. Shame!

“The first impression I got from DM Service Centre was a great one, as I first gave them a try after starting work at a business just down the street from them. I was late in getting my winter tires swapped, and these guys took my car in the next day after I called. They managed to get them swapped within a few hours, despite how busy they were and lack of an official appointment. All I had to do was park it in their lot before they opened and walk the rest of the way to work!
Most recently, they saved me from a potentially dangerous situation with my car. I brought it in for an inspection of a loud screeching noise, and it turns out my wheel bearings were worn. The tie rod was also ready to fall off, among other issues like a door being filled with water. The repair was not cheap, but it was less than I had expected and gave my 12-year-old car some additional years to its life. The crew is very honest and hard-working and deserve your patronage.”
