“In early July 2023 my wife Joan drove a friends 2023 Buick Encore. She loved the size of the vehicle and thought it would be perfect for her new car. We approached Forbes Motors and were introduced to Akhil Bhatt. Akhil has been awesome!! He took the time to introduce the Encore to my wife and actually convinced her to place a special order for the redesigned 2024 Encore Avenir with its new look and features. This model was not yet available for sale in Canada but would be available later in the year.So with Akhil’s guidance my wife ordered her new vehicle in early July 2023. Akhil took great care to explain that the Buick Encore was manufactured in South Korea and that we could expect a 4-6+ month wait for the vehicle to arrive.During that time Akhil was very diligent in keeping us up to date on the progress. He advised us when the vehicle was built, when it left South Korea by ship and when the ship docked in New Jersey. “I recently needed some body repairs done to my car and a friend told me about Golf Automotive. I must say that I was extremely impressed the moment I stepped inside. The owner, Georges, was very warm and welcoming. He took the time to listen and understand my issue and then walked me through what he would do to repair the car. What really impressed me is that he was focused on repairing what was there and only as a last resort buying new parts. The repair was not a simple repair, but Georges committed to having it done in 2 days. A day and half later, Georges called and advised that the car was ready for pickup. Upon pickup I was extremely pleased with the work. It looked as if nothing ever happened. Georges walked me through what work was actually done and his craftsmanship is incredible. Georges prides himself on exceptional customer service and paying attention to the detail and it shows in his work and in the interactions I had with him. Georges mentioned that he can fix anything and I am now a believer. “My vehicle was at another mechanics for 5 weeks due to a simple coolant light coming on... In the 5 weeks I managed to spend $2000 and vehicle was actually given back to me in much worse condition. I couldn't have the vehicle on for more then 2 mins without vehicle going into danger mood (i.e limp mood) due to "overheating". I brought my vehicle to redi rad out of desperation as I was ready to scrap this vehicle. In less then a day, Redi Rad replaced the defective temperature sensor and put new coolant in my ford escape. I been driving 8 days without any errors or issues!!! I appreciate them doing this job efficiently and the how fast I got the vehicle back is a bonus. Chances are I probably would of had to buy a new vehicle if it wasn't for redi rad. Thank you so much to the staff for saving me thousands during difficult times.”

“I spilled a tray of food in my trunk and was dreading having to clean it myself. It was an absolute mess. On top of this, while people in my family do detailing, they live in a different city, so I had to figure this out alone.I must have called at least nine places to ask for quotes. Most of them said they don't clean trunks, only full interiors, and others quoted me $80, which was way out of my price range. Some places were fully booked for the next two weeks, and I couldn't handle the smell in my car that long.Luckily, before I gave up, I called Bustard's. The customer service over the phone and in-person was so kind, patient, and easy-going. I was definitely stressed about all this, but Roberto and his team walked me through everything and did an incredible job. The price was reasonable considering they emptied my trunk, organised my things in the backseat, cleaned everything out, shampooed the mat, power-washed it, and dried it as much as possible for under $50. The staff were friendly and helpful, while Roberto himself made sure to explain what they had done and what my next steps were.I think when you're a single woman trying to get stuff like this done, it can be daunting because of all the people in these industries who try to price-gouge. I'm lucky that I have family who know what's what, so I was able to avoid people charging me exorbitant amounts of money for minimal work. But I can imagine that people who aren't familiar with detailing would accept $100 or more as an acceptable price for this kind of work.I also think that when you're alone and backed into a corner, it's easy for people to take advantage of you. I needed my trunk cleaned, and there is a limit to how much I can haggle or fight before I have to give in and get it cleaned. I'm really grateful that Roberto gave me an honest quote and saw to it that I'd be able to afford it. The reality is that he could have just charged me my whole budget after I had told him, but he didn't, and I think that says a lot about the kind of business these folks are running.Thank you for everything, and I'm so happy I have a clean trunk now!”

“I took my turbocharged 1990 Miata here to sort out some issues with the tune done by another tuner, and I was absolutely blown away by the service, passion for performance cars, and quality of work. Will and his team live and breathe fast cars, and their capabilities are incredible. From ECU tuning, roll cage fabrication, and full-on racecar set ups, this place does it all! My car is faster, runs better than it ever did (even stock), and Will combed through all my ECU settings to correct the mess left by the previous tuner. He also inspected the car and pointed out a few areas of improvement for the build, and suffice to say I will be a long-time returning customer. If you have a FWD or RWD car (only has 2 wheel Dyno), this is THE place to take it for some TLC.”
