“Great experience! Yesterday, as a courtesy, the manager, Mathew accepted a snowblower return which wasn't right for me, past the return date. Sandy and Raidine assisted me for over an hour to make sure I bought the right snowblower, explaining everything and pointing out things I had no idea about. Then, when it didn't fit into my SUV, Mathew delivered it in his vehicle to my home today. This was customer service above and beyond my wildest expectations and they have really earned my loyalty. In a time where good customer service can be hard to come by, the employees and management of Canadian Tire on Weber Street in Waterloo made my experience simply amazing and I'm very grateful to all of them!”

“I just had a front lamp assembly replaced on my Ford Escape and was blown away by the high quality of service.I had heard that new assembly could cost $650 but without asking, the CT staff rang around the wreckers yards and found one for $200. I didn't realize that CT did this for their customers! They quoted 2 hours labor to install and said it would not be more even if it took longer. The job was done in just under 2 hours.Well done CT on Erb St, I will be back.Tony”

“I used to go here frequently in 2020 and until spring of 2021 and then started going to the farmers market Walmart.It used to be spacious and now it gets cramped up over the weekends.The aisles have clearly narrowed making it difficult for customers two-way especially in the desserts, spices, international sections.Prices are great and all but the most basic things a store needs to take care of is smooth flow of traffic. It’s be better if they don’t sell stuff where people walk with their carts…”
