“Popped into the store today to pick up some grass seed and was really happy with the service. The gentleman working in the garden section (I wish I’d got his name) was so helpful and friendly, and gave me some great advice.”
“Customer service is really a thing, if it wasn’t for the worker that wished us a nice day, I wouldn’t give this location 4 stars. The female employee at self checkout today was less than friendly… it doesn’t cost anything to be polite.”
“I love their selections and sales, even everyday prices are good. I appreciate they allow dogs at this location, instead of leaving my well behaved and trained dog in a hot car I can take him inside while I grab a few things.”
“We had a great experience at RONA thanks to Jay in the Hardware department on Sunday. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help us locate everything we needed. He also provided helpful guidance and advice, which made our shopping trip much easier. It's always appreciated when someone takes the time to ensure customers have the right products for the job. Thank you, Jay, for the excellent customer service!”

“10/10. I love going to this Home Hardware. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who are always up to helping you with any question you have.
They always have what I need in stock, they have a great selection of products, and overall just a joy to deal with!!”
