“Great experience! Yesterday, as a courtesy, the manager, Mathew accepted a snowblower return which wasn't right for me, past the return date. Sandy and Raidine assisted me for over an hour to make sure I bought the right snowblower, explaining everything and pointing out things I had no idea about. Then, when it didn't fit into my SUV, Mathew delivered it in his vehicle to my home today. This was customer service above and beyond my wildest expectations and they have really earned my loyalty. In a time where good customer service can be hard to come by, the employees and management of Canadian Tire on Weber Street in Waterloo made my experience simply amazing and I'm very grateful to all of them!”

“We went to this Home depot at Sportsworld today (Oct 14) and our kid joined the HD kids workshop. We met Jeremy (store manager) and his wonderful team because we had a question. Jeremy's strong leadership is so evident. His team members are friendly and provided excellent customer service.We also noticed that Jeremy and his team have great harmony and positive energy.When we left the store, one of the more experienced staff even came over to make sure we've got everything we came for and offered her support in case we need something else.Great leader, great team, great culture. “We bought a house that recently had a complete kitchen renovation completed by Aya - the kitchen is beautiful. We needed some extra shelves for some of the cupboards and had several questions about the kitchen. Lonnie Fisher, the General Manager, was amazing. He was able to provide the shelves we needed same day and was able to answer all of our questions. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. If anyone is looking for a new kitchen or bath Lonnie is your man.”

The guy name Chris(tall guy with beard,not sure if Chris is his name or something similar I forgot )in blinds and drapery area is one of the nicest people I have ever met . I went there around at 8:30pm ,only 30 mins before they close but still this guy helped me with my requirements and cut around 20 different sizes of blinds for me in time . I really appreciate this .
