“Amazing company! We were in need of a liner for our chimney (received an infraction from the city and had 60 days to get it fixed). I contacted different companies for quotes. The other companies wanted to charge between $99. and $299. to visit to give me a quote. Some companies went on Google map to see the layout of the chimney and refused to come on site.
I called Blackwell Masonry. Jeanette was a delight to talk to. Mitchell who was very polite and on time, came over, inspected the work to be done and gave me a quote immediately. He also explained clearly what needed to be done. He took time to take pictures of the chimney and the exhaust pipes in the basement. He was very thorough. They also guarantee the work. We hired him on the spot!
When they came to install the liner. they were here on time and did a terrific job! My interaction with Jeanette was awesome. From making the appointment and answering all my questions. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this company. The customer service is impeccable!”

“Although a patron of Not Just For the Garden for years, for some unknown reason I hadn’t been in to the location on Weber St Waterloo. What took me so long. The store is beautiful. So much thought has been put into the layout and the design showcasing their product in ways you’d just like to emulate in your own home. I picked up a few pieces with the assistance of the friendly and accommodating staff. I know my visits will be much more frequent.”
