“Unless you go Tuesday or Wednesday evenings, Costco will always be a madhouse! Worse closer to Thanksgiving and worse still in the run-up to Christmas. But the staff are awesome and aren't even bothered while being surrounded by the chaos. They usher you through the checkout quickly and efficiently every time. I like Costco because the quality of their Kirkland products is good and they stand behind what they sell. But most importantly, they treat their staff very well! Probably better than any other retail chain in Canada! And that's the main reason I continue to support them.”
