Terrible service ,do not go there if you need any type of assistance, miserable and thinks he is doing the customer a favour .Someone should remind him there are plenty of places to fill up with friendly attentive service

BUYER BEWARE!!!I had to use one star to make a review, but this Station doesn’t even deserve that! It appears OPEN.. but there’s no one on duty, so when the pump fails after taking your MONEY $$ you are in an all out war between Shell and the Bank for 4 days trying to get your money back! SHELL HEAD OFFICE OFFERED NO HELP! Therefore, backing this type of rotten business practice and keeping it going.BYE SHELL ..

He offered me the caa discount of 3 cents off per litre and then when he scanned my card he told me it wasn’t valid. My caa literally just renewed and was 100% valid. Makes me suspect that even though he didn’t give me the discount he was still telling caa he did give it and then they reimburse him. Thievery.

The attendant denied me use of the washroom. I get that washrooms are for customers only, but I've purchased gas from shell stations a million times. Besides, it feels cruel to deny anyone use of a bathroom at a highway gas station. Luckily there is an esso down the street.

Went to get gas today at 7 am at the time they open as I live right down the road was not open was very disappointed if something is to be open at 7 am I expect it to be open waited 10 mins still not open

The owner is extremely rude, this place is not worthy of a shell franchise , no garbages , only recycling , and if you sit in the parking lot for more then a few moments he comes on the PA system and yells at you to leave , I will never bring my business here , seriously the rudest owner I have ever met . Also he is recording and monitoring audio in the cashier booth from the main store this is an invasion of privacy as far as I am concerned . Shell needs to pull the franchise from the owner , this is not what a reputable company should be allowing . Rude Rude owner !!

My car broke down and was able to pull into this gas station. While i was waiting for the tow truck i let the old guy know what was going on. He was so rude, kept telling me make sure it off the property by 9:30 when they close. Sir, i cant control how long the tow truck will take. I clearly cant drive it anywhere. He had zero consideration. Will never go here for any service just from that experience

My partner goes in asking if the store attendant (whom I believe was the owner) has seen a missing indigenous woman. He was beyond rude and made some unsettling remarks than chased her out of the store. She starts recording as he does fearing for her safety and he calls her a piece of $h!t. Just an awful person and unacceptable behaviour. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your gas.

My girlfriend paid for gas, was told she didn't pay, then was held against her will and was told the cops were going to be called on her if she left. She ended up paying 2 more times. The manager kept saying her card wasn't working. After checking her bank account she saw that her card had been charged all 3 times!
No apology from the manager. Horrible way to conduct business.
