“I was riding the Welland Canal trail when a gear cable broke. I stopped in at Pedal Bicycle Shop. Even though it was almost closing time the owner fixed my bike on the spot, at a very modest cost. Excellent service which I really appreciated.”

“If I could give more stars, I certainly would. I was looking to get a warranty claim going on a Rocky Mountain Blizzard. The retailer I purchased from left me hanging for almost a year, claiming he was waiting on a response. After contacting Rocky myself, I found there wasn't a claim opened at all.
I contacted Thorntons and they were more than happy to open a claim on my behalf even though I purchased the bike elsewhere. I stopped in on a Saturday, we did some troubleshooting to confirm the issue, the claim was opened the following Monday, and I had a completely new frame by the weekend. Couldn't be happier.”
