Coles at Seaway Mall is one of the bigger Coles locations, described as clean, tidy, and inviting. It offers a great selection of books and an amazing gift selection, where customers love to browse the aisles to find their next read. Many highlight the positive, knowledgeable, and excellent staff who are very helpful. The store is noted for not being too busy and for having fair pricing. However, some experiences note that nothing is organized and mention receiving unhelpful attitude when asking for assistance. There can be frustration when items listed online are not found in the store. This place has everything. We were there for a long time there was alot to see.
