HIs name is Nick Fabiano and he couldn't have been more helpful.My daughter received an incorrect order of a picture frame instead of a degree frame. The degree frame was sent by courier and an apology was offered. Communication was excellent and professional. This manager is a great guy and solved a problem with very little hassle.All my dealings with Brock have been positive.”
