“Frank's Home Hardware is a treasure. I have had excellent service every time I have stopped in, but today they truly went above and beyond. I was having an issue finding the right size piece to re-secure a door handle. They immediately identified that the issue was that the threading was not consistent all the way through on the handle I had brought in.The two people helping me suggested a solution, and one of them took the handle home with him, (on his lunch break!!), to re-thread it for me. I am generally very clueless about any home repair situation and every time I’ve gone in with a problem they will take time and really help me understand what I need to do, show me the right part, etc. As far as i know their prices are reasonable and comparable to any big store. “We came here to hopefully get our kitchen sink fixed. My parents were so happy to be able to discuss the problem with Dave, who works there. He was very attentive and answered all their questions. He was very informative when explaining how we should go about fixing our sink. This store is located on the East side in Port Colborne Ontario.

“It has everything you could possibly want for home repair/upgrade, and if its not in stock, they'll order it for you at no extra cost.
Such a massive location makes it difficult to navigate and find stuff, even with it clearly labeled. Being physically disabled made it very difficult to get around. What we needed was at the very back, so I got to go on a trip. More staff on hand to help people with such obvious physical disabilities would be great.”
